SUMMARY:Royal Show 2027
DESCRIPTION:Come dressed in your best to WOW and impress the judges on this incredible show day. By INVITATION ONLY you’ll find this 5 star event a memorable one from the moment you enter the foyer of an elegant reception venue. Trophy masterpieces to temp and excite\, our Baby Show Time Team will be looking for the perfect King and Queen of all time. We won’t leave our adults out as we have trophies for you also. There will be a prize for the best dressed adult\, plus other novelty sections just for you. So get your dancing shoes on and practice those dance moves. \nWe will have a strict formal dress code for all adults and children in attendance. Royal theme is preferable. Please note the general dress code for Baby Shows does not apply for this event and you are welcome to blow us all away with your creativity. All costume styles will be accepted. While we will be looking at more than outfits\, we do have a criteria in mind for this event. Judges will be looking for coordination\, accessorising\, and children who stand out! In particular\, for many of our novelty sections\, we will be selecting children who dressed within the theme of the event. \nCannot wait to see you all there! \nPLEASE NOTE: ALL ENTRANTS must make their DEPOSIT payment even if paying in FULL. Ticket price includes qualified child plus one adult to accompany. \nWe have two payment options. Please adhere STRICTLY to the payment dates if wanting to pay via instalments. \nDEPOSIT DUE: 1st January \n2ND INSTALMENT DUE: 8th January \n3RD INSTALMENT DUE: 15th January \n4TH INSTALMENT DUE: 22nd January \n5TH INSTALMENT DUE: 29th January \nFINAL INSTALMENT DUE: 5th February \nFULL PAYMENT DUE: 5th February \nGUEST TICKETS DUE: 5th February \nMajor Event Refund & Cancellation Policy:\n\nOur major Baby Show Time events take months of planning and preparation behind the scenes. Trophies and awards are ordered\, venues and suppliers are booked\, seating plans are created and many event costs are committed well before the big day.\n\nWe completely understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may no longer be able to attend. To keep things fair for everyone\, the following refund policy applies to our major events:\n\n✨ More than 8 weeks before the event: Full refund\n✨ 4–8 weeks before the event: 50% refund\n✨ Less than 4 weeks before the event: No refund\n\nAll cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be calculated from the date we receive your request.\n\nWe understand that genuine exceptional circumstances can happen\, and these may be considered individually at the discretion of Baby Show Time.\n\nPlease consider your availability carefully before registering\, particularly as we get closer to the event date. Once preparations\, orders and arrangements have been finalised\, many of the costs associated with your place have already been committed.\n\nBy registering and making payment\, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation and refund policy.
