Clothing and Merchandise Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of package delivery for full-priced items only.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your item as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products or services including events and competitions. Store credits will expire 3 months after issue.

Baby Show Time is happy to issue you with a credit for your item (less postage costs) as long as the items follow the below requirements.

All items must be in original condition with original tags, & must not have been worn, altered or washed.

All items be returned within 14 days from date of delivery; goods received outside this period will not be accepted.

No exchanges, refunds or store credits are available on any items that can be deemed as unsanitary if used prior to return.

Event Returns Policy

Baby Show Time do not offer returns or refunds for your cancelled entry to our shows, events or competitions unless stated otherwise; nor do we offer refunds or accept prize returns after the fact.

Should Baby Show Time cancel or postpone an event for any reason, you will be offered store credit to use the fees paid prior on any future event, competition or product. Should you require a refund, special considerations may be taken.

Should you cancel your entry into an event, you risk forfeiting your payment or deposit. Special considerations may result in a store credit being issued especially if cancellation is requested in a timely manner prior to the commencement or due date, or for reasons beyond your control.
