Baby Show Time Shipping Policy
For clothing and merchandise purchased through our online store and for prizes won from our online events and competitions we use a combination of Couriers and Australia Post.
Clothing and merchandised purchased is expected arrive within 14 days of the date of purchase. Prizes won through our online competitions and events may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Due to Covid-19 there may be delays in expected arrival times.
Delivery costs as follows:
- Australia Wide delivery of clothing and merchandise – $9.95
- Australia Wide delivery of clothing and merchandise for order over $100 – FREE!
- Australia Wide delivery of trophies and prizes won during online events and competitions – FREE!
- International delivery – Please contact us prior to placing your order to calculate shipping costs!
Once your order has been despatched, Australia Post or the Couriers Service Provider is responsible to ensure your package arrives at your door safely. We do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.
If items are damaged, we may be able to replace or swap the damaged component. This is subject to photo inspection and at our discretion. Should you have any issues please contact babyshowtime@outlook.com
